No returns will be accepted without the RMA number, which can be applied for here.
The RMA number(s) must be prominently displayed only on the returned goods packaging or on the shipping label. Do not mark the product boxes themselves.
In an event of module failure, a 'proof test report' must submitted with the returned the part. If returned product tests out fully functional, only a credit towards future purchases will be issued.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes and packing material.
A copy of the original packing list/invoice must accompany all returned products.
All returned goods should be freight insured by the sender.
Replacement products provided under warranty are shipped freight-prepaid via FedEx or other carrier at Memory Dealers’ discretion.
Non-defective returns inside of the 90 day window will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-defective products returned under RMA condition may incur shipping, handling, and/or labor costs to the sender at Memory Dealers’ discretion.
We are not able to check for smart net. Please contact us with your serial number and we can check to see if the unit you have purchased is smartnetable. This applies to both new and used products.
There will be a 20% restocking fee of purchased price for used and new equipment. There are no returns allowed for newly sealed products that have been opened. This applies to orders customers cancel, order wrong parts, manufacturere date is too old, or non-defective iems.
All return items must not have any signs of tamper. In addition, the voided security tag must be intact (where applicable).
For original manufacturer products: 120 days for complete refund.
Agilstar products: 5 year warranty against manufacturer defects. 3 year for complete refund.
3rd party products: 3 year warranty against manufacturer defects. 1 year for complete refund.
Memory Dealers reserves the right to decline service to anyone.
